In such cases, we remain vigilant at all times. When we receive complaints from jobseekers about suspicious or fraudulent emails, we promptly notify the concerned employer and, if necessary, block them from using our services.

Based on past complaints from jobseekers, we strongly advise you to be cautious of emails that:

  • Ask for personal, non-work-related information such as credit card numbers or bank details via phone or email
  • Do not provide a proper callback number or provide contact details outside the country
  • Request monetary transactions, money transfers, or payments for job applications, interviews, or recruitment processes
  • Promise guaranteed job placement
  • Offer overseas employment and ask for money for visa or processing fees

Before responding to such emails, we strongly recommend that you conduct proper research and verify the legitimacy of the employer you are dealing with.
