Quality Management of Equipment Installation: Performed continuous quality surveillance of fabrication and installation projects in accordance with ASME Section IX, AWS-equivalent, ISO 9001, and API standards, ensuring conformance to approved drawings, welding quality, and NDT requirements.

• Rotating Equipment Installation: Supervised quality and installation of overhead cranes (1-ton, 2-ton, 5-ton capacity) for material handling; performed preventive maintenance quality checks on centrifugal pumps, belt dryers, and gas-solid distributors.
• Valve & Piping Quality Control: Supervised fabrication and installation quality of NH3, HNO3, and H2O process lines, including valve integrity checks.
• Procedures & Documentation: Developed and implemented preventive maintenance SOPs, inspection call-up cards, and activity cards across 32 working units.
• NCR & Compliance Management: Generated Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for deviations from approved SOPs; ensured PSM/OHIH/EMS compliance; supervised evening shift safety operations for 1+ month.
• Budget & Procurement: Prepared maintenance budgets and financial reports; vetted 50+ foreign purchase indents through technical and financial audit.

• Performed preventive and breakdown maintenance quality checks on heat exchangers, compressors, and turbines in the ammonia production section.
