• Ensuring that construction procedure is followed in the Site Quality Control Plan
• Appropriate procedures may be selected, modified and applied as requested in accordance with site condition.
• Ensuring that construction personnel are indoctrinated in and appropriately trained.
• Ensuring through auditing or surveillance activities that the site construction personnel comply with applicable Quality Control Programmed and Plans included in the Site Quality Control Plan.
• Verifying that sub-contract documents contain adequate provisions for quality.
• Ensuring through auditing or surveillance that contracted work is performed in accordance with quality requirements detailed in their respective contract.
