Main responsibilities as Electrical Quality Control for projects from October 2016 to December 2019
• Review client PO and approved drawing and communicate with concerns if details violate applicable specification and standard.
• Start in-process inspection by using check list and monitor initial stage of product and report to concerns if there is any comment.
• Handling in-process inspection with Aramco inspector and Third party Inspector as per approved inspection and test plan.
• Conduct internal final inspection and test as per work instructions.
• Report to concerns if there are comments on final inspection and test and issue NCR for any non-conformance.
• Issue corrective and preventive action report (CPAR) if there is non-conformance report (NCR).
• Prepare final inspection report and arrange required documents for factory-acceptance test such as client PO & specification.
• Handle factory-acceptance test (FAT) with Aramco Inspector and third party inspector as per approved inspection and test plan.
• Release products if they meet client requirements and monitor packing status and prepare quality Key Performance Indicator.
• Apply the risk assessments as per ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
• Main responsibilities as Electrical Quality Control for incoming material from December 2019 to 2021.

• Open AX System and go to quality orders to take descriptions of incoming material.
• Carry out inspection and testing for incoming material as per quality order information and request MTC and close quality order.
• Raise non-conformance (NC) through AX if material is not meeting our requirements and communicate with concern to replace.
• Inspect and test qc-passed material which is rejected by production and communicate with concerns to replace it.
• Periodically Monitor list of rejection material and communicate with supplier to get replacement.
• Prepare monthly vendor analysis report with suggestions and share with Quality Assurance Officer.
• Prepare monthly supplier rejection rate report and production qc-passed material rejection list.
• Prepare monthly cost of quality report for incoming ( Incoming Quality KPI).
Assignments:
• Attend site for customer complaint and commissioning.
• Improve work process and give suggestions for products improvement and development.
• Prepare work instruction for new products and prepare final inspection report form for them.
• Revise work instruction & QC-Stage tag for improvement.
• Periodically check calibration certificates for testing equipment and production machines and arrange for sending equipment to calibration company if equipment need to be calibrated.
