• Ensure the safety, security and environmental settings of assigned site are in place as per company policy and quality SOP which is in compliance with GSP & GDP, SFDA standards and guidelines.
• Inspect the quality of shipments and perform a survey if any shipment found uneven (container temperature, cleanness, seal condition, palletized or not, shrink wrap, cartons damage) and report to QMR
• Ensure proper implementation of Quality and operational procedures (according to the respective SOP)
• Keep up to date Documents and quality records , as well as proper archiving during respective retention time (according to the respective SOP)
• Inspect & print Eurotherm temperature readings every day morning for the past day & Sunday's print shall include past weekend days readings, report any deviation.
• Check the schedule of cleaning and pest control program and ensure all corridors, receiving, dispatch and locations are neat and clean.
• Ensure the safety of warehouse staff (Safety Shoes, Helmet, Belt etc), Report any deviation from scheduled operation
• Prepare warehouses inspection readiness for GMP & GDP prior to inspections by health authorities and Suppliers' auditors
